Our promises

Care: In Framing Authority we care and will treat your home like our own. To limit damage that could occur during the construction process and to give our crew enough room to work we ask at least 3 feet between your home and plants or values. We can discuss extra precautionary protection.

Evaluation: We will make an evaluation of all pre-existing construction. If any damage occur during the construction process due to our team we will repair free of charge.

Materials: You can decide order the material with the supplier of your preference or we can do it for you. Any extra material during the final job walk can be removing for you or by us as specify in the contract

On site: Framing Authority can use different services or companies to supply material, dropping boxes or portable restroom.  On site location will be predetermined by the owner and the project manager. This area need to be clear of vehicles or objects 48 h before the start date.

Wire: During the pre-construction walk we will address power-related issues. We will help you to resolve any issues with electrical wire after a siding job considering in the terms and conditions of the contract.

Billing: We require 10% down payment and pay the balance due by the time of the final job walk.

Changes: Our project manager is available if you decide to change the work or design. Progress billing will be submitted for change orders.

Interior: Please remove all artwork on the interior walls to avoid damages. We are not responsible for damages. During siding projects nails pops and sheetrock, damages rarely occur on the inside. Framing Authority is not financially responsible if that happen.

Unexpected: Dry root or insect infestation sometimes can not be identifying before the job start. We will inform you immediately if it require extra job which will be add it to the final bill.

Hour: We can start as early as 8 am until 5 pm. Let the project manager know if like to schedule different hours.
